PHILOSOPHY:

TRAINING:
Karen Aucoin has been dancing for over thirty years. She is a member of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) in ballet and tap. At age 15, she attended the English National Ballet School in London and after completing high school, she moved the The Big Apple and pursued her professional dance career. She was a member of many dance companies, trained at many studios, and performed the lead roles in several shows. She was also a Director/Choreographer for APAC Musical Theater.
TEACHER:
Her love of teaching has been shared with countless students at studios throughout the United States. She was exposed to high levels of partner dancing (pas de deux) in ballet and developed a focus on Latin, Ballroom, and all Social Styles of Dancing.
Karen is a certified Latin and Ballroom Dance Professional in several styles, including Smooth (Waltz, Tango - American and Argentine, Foxtrot,) and Latin (Salsa, Samba, Merengue, Bachata, Cha-Cha, Swing, Hustle, Mambo) as well as many other styles.
CHOREOGRAPHER:
Karen’s specialty is choreography, competition, or social dancing at all levels. “I’ve proudly choreographed many wedding dances for their most special day. I have taken students around the world for competitive events who were very successful in their achievements.”
BUSINESSWOMAN:
Karen has also successfully managed several studios and is currently the Venue Manager for Studio 131, a versatile and unique event hall in Largo, Florida, offering rental hourly, daily, and monthly for private and public events, workshops, classes. She also offers group and private instruction to students through her business, Karen Aucoin, Dance Professional.

Hailing from Miami, FL, by way of the Bahamas, Chef Doug Rolle has been cooking delicious delicacies for 20 years. Always being a hands-on student, his love for cooking started at home helping his family make different dishes. He also had the opportunity to study abroad in countries such as Italy and South Africa. Combined with his Caribbean background, he always takes the time to make every dish with loads of flavor and tons of love.
Join Chef Doug Rolle for his monthly cooking classes which are interactive learning experiences about the many different aspects of cooking specifically at home and for family and friends.
BellyRubbers Catering will be giving 101 instructions on many different techniques and styles of cooking as well as education on the different components of the cooking experience.

Tisha is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. She currently resides on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida with her family. She loves reading historical fiction books, taking long walks with her family, laughing at silly memes, and engaging in stimulating conversations. She’s an Author, Zumba Instructor, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Ballroom Instructor and Wellness Coach who is passionate about helping others.
This Monday night fitness class at 6 PM incorporates 2 of the 4 styles listed: (RSVP MANDATORY)
1. “Walk And Tone” A mixture of walking in place and HITT or Cardio exercises in between. Good cardio and tones the whole body. Good for all levels and can be modified.
2. “Zumba”
3. “Lady Firecracker’s Signature Dance Workout” A fun upbeat mixture of exercise plus various dance moves with an African/Latin, Urban, or down south(Atlanta) vibe.
4. “Toned Abs, Sexy Legs, & Glutes with Lady Firecracker” Various Exercises for toning body and strengthening the core such as lunges, squats, planks, and mat exercise.

My name is Autumn! I have my 500 RYT. I started doing yoga about six years ago because of anxiety. I quickly found myself doing a flow every time my anxiety started and saw how quickly it diminished. In December of 2018 I decided that it was time to take my practice deeper. I started my 200 RYT certification and later that year I got into a severe accident. Since I had my training I was able to rehabilitate quicker.
In that moment I knew my purpose was to help people overcome challenges mental or physical.
I teach Vinyassa, Yin, and also work with chakras.
I offer reiki sessions as well.
